Success in school comes from a partnership between parents/guardians, teachers, students, and

administrators. Every parent/guardian is an important partner in their child's learning experiences.

This page provides links to sources of information that can help you be informed and involved in your

child's education.

Frontline Parent Access

Parent Access allows parents to view grades, assignments, attendance, test scores, student

schedules along with other academic information about students. Every student is provided an

account and can log in using their Google Classroom login to see their academic information.

Parents will need to create an account and need to request a registration key. Parent accounts

will be issued to Custodial Parents/Guardians and biological parents only.

To request a registration key or if you are having difficulty creating and account for your child,

please email roberta.horvath@genevaschools.org. All Parent Access questions will be handled

through email and will be responded to as quickly as possible.

Final Forms Registration 

The Final Forms modules houses all of the demographic and athletic information for our students.  This module is where parents change any pertinent demographic information.  Emergency Medical Authorization Forms must be completed each year in this module.  Sports forms will be completed on this form.  Documents such as proof of residency, birth certificate, custody document, sports physicals, etc., can be uploaded to your profile.  

Parents must create an account in the module.  Parent accounts can only be issued to Custodial Parents/Guardians.  If you are having issues creating your account or have questions about Final Forms, please email roberta.horvath@genevaschools.org.  All Final Form  questions will be answered through email and be responded to as quickly as possible.
