The Ohio School Boards Association held their annual Capitol Conference November 10-12, 2024 in Columbus. On November 11th, one of Geneva's own school board member's Michelle Krieg presented: Teacher in the Boardroom, Board Member in the Classroom! Wearing Dual Hats in Today's Public Schools.
With an audience of 75, Mrs. Krieg presented along side Tami Morrison and Patricia Fisher sharing their insights of being a school board member in their home district and teaching in another and how both roles shape their view of education while at the same time keeping the roles separate when necessary.
