3/8/21 - SURVEY provided by GAP (Geneva Academic Partnership)
Below is a link for a Google survey for parents and the community. The brief survey will provide your input for various academic, school and community losses during the pandemic year. We will be providing a similar survey to students at three levels (grades 3-5, 6-8 and 9-12). In addition, a staff survey will be provided through email. The information will be used to provide additional data for the district's recovery plan (summer school and during the coming school year). The survey summary information will also be shared with other community groups who are looking to provide services, programs and other activities to the students and families in our district.
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey. The Geneva Academic Partnership (GAP) has a few gift cards that will be given out to selected participants who complete the survey. Thank you for taking some time to provide your input.
