Have you completed your student's Emergency Medical Form? Follow the steps below if not:
1️⃣ Head to this link:
https://genevaareacityschools....
2️⃣ Log on, click on your student's name, and then choose "Documents and EMA".
3️⃣ You can scroll through any information that is correct and change anything you'd like to on it.
4️⃣ When you are done, you will click on "Save & Submit"
If you have never created an account on this module, please email Mrs. Horvath your child's name and she will send you an invitation code to link your student's information to your account.
