Hello! For any student who has not yet signed off on the Code of Conduct (Student Handbook) on Final Forms, here is what you need to do... 1. Check your SCHOOL email address for an email sent from "FINAL FORMS". You will not receive this email until your parents have completed their portion. 2. The email will ask you to CONFIRM YOUR EMAIL. 3. Click YES and create your own password. Be sure to write your password down or save it in your phone so you don't forget it! 4. Once you have created your password, the link will send you to Final Forms. 5. Click on the BLUE FORMS icon ON THE RIGHT. 6. Next, using the menu on the left of your screen, choose the link that says "Code of Conduct" (YELLOW link - means parent has signed, but the student has not). 7. Find the grey box at the top of your screen that says, "Please click to open and read the Code of Conduct. When you have thoroughly reviewed the policies and contents within and agree to abide by these policies and contents, please indicate you have done so by signing below." CLICK THE BLUE CODE OF CONDUCT LINK. Doing so will open the Code of Conduct (Student Handbook) in a new tab. 8. Review the Code of Conduct. 9. Click back to the Final Forms Code of Conduct TAB, scroll down and type in the STUDENT SIGNATURE. 10. Click SUBMIT FORM. and...YOU'RE DONE! :0) With EAGLE PRIDE! GMS Administration

Hello Geneva Middle School Families! If you completed all your information on Final Forms as of Monday, August 5th, you may now see a RED icon stating you have missing information. This is because the Code of Conduct was not available until Tuesday, August 6th. To correct this issue, simply login and follow these steps. 1. Click on the BLUE forms icon from the STUDENT screen 2. Click on the RED link that says "Code of Conduct" to the left of your screen. 3. Click the BLUE "Code of Conduct" link to review the document. (Please note this document has been updated as of May 2024). 4. Once you have reviewed the document, a parent and a student signature are required. 5. Click the BLUE "Submit Form" button when you are finished. 6. Your icon should return to GREEN status. We apologize for any confusion and truly appreciate your patience as we continue to work through this transition to Final Forms. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. A important message from Geneva Public Library: Starting June 3, we will begin construction on our new addition to the Geneva Library. The first section of work to be completed will be the new front entrance. As of Wednesday this week, the front entrance will close, and visitors will use the entrance at the rear of the building (near the handicap parking). We have shifted the bike rack to that rear entrance area so that it remains available for student use. This message was shared by GMS.
